When will the signing I’ve paid for happen?
Each guest has their own individual date assigned which may change based on talent’s avaliabilty, to keep up to with all guest timings subscribe to our mailing list.
How do I know the actor actually signed my item?
We work closely with several major authentication companies who are on hand to certify any autograph purchased, this is available as an add on to any signing purchase.
Can I send my own item in?
Absolutely! Simply select “send in order” on the relevant order page and follow the send in instructions to our secure offices.
Can I see my item being signed?
Due to security and media rights we cannot offer images or videos of guests signing. However with select signers we will have Magpie Moments that allow a small percentage of winners to see their items being signed for free!
What can I send in?
Unlike most companies, we are incredibly flexible with send in types and strive to ensure that within reason, there is nothing we can’t get signed. If you don’t see your exact item listed, send us an email at info@magpietoys.com and we’ll see what we can do!
How long does it take after the signing for my item to ship?
Our aim is always to have everything shipped within 10 days of signing, you will automatically be sent tracking once your item(s) has shipped.
Do all signings come with certification?
We work in tandem with SWAU to authenticate any item signed, you can select the add on for certification via any of the signings.
How long do I have to send my item to you?
Each signing has a cut off date on it, to stay up to date with deadlines subscribe to our mailing list.
Will a signing ever sell out?
Yes - signing can sell out - we are always fast to notify customers if this is close to happening.
Is it possible to change my order after I’ve placed it?

If sending in my own item, do I need to label it myself?
To maximise accuracy we recommend you label pen colour and any add ons you have paid for; each time is vetted once we receive it and checked based on your order, but it certainly does help if you can prelabel.
I haven’t heard of Magpie before, have you done many signings in the past?
We have indeed - you can view a full gallery of our past signings here.
Can I add on to an existing order?
Yes you can - simply select “add to existing order” with reference to your previous order.
What is the difference between personalisation, character name and quote?
Personalisation is as an example “To Matt”, a character name would be “Gandalf” and a quote would be a line of dialogue for example “You shall not pass!” Please make sure you adhere to the quote limit.
The quote I want is too long - what can I do?
Unfortunately we have to stick within the maximum quote offering - there is no flexibility on this, if a quote is submitted and is too long it will be truncated.
Can I purchase if I am overseas?
Yes, we accept orders worldwide! We have even shipped to Bishkek!

How do you ship items to a customer?
We use double walled boxes (or double walled poster tubes) along with an abundance of bubble wrap and filler where required.
All posters and prints are handled by our expert team who take care to wear specialist gloves designed to leave not marks or residue.

Can you use my exact materials to send my item back?
We will always try to reuse to ensure both sustainability and customer satisfaction but cannot guarantee this.
