Terms of Service
By engaging in any autograph signing or send-in event organized by Magpie Toys, you agree to the following terms:
Payment & Shipping
I acknowledge that I am responsible for the full payment of all items submitted for signing, including any signature and shipping fees, as listed at the time of purchase. I understand that no refunds will be issued unless the signing event is canceled by Magpie Toys. If a cancellation occurs, I will receive a full refund of the signature fees, but I will be liable for shipping costs to return my items. I also accept responsibility for any applicable taxes or duties my country may impose on shipments arriving at or leaving Magpie Toys.
Labeling Your Items
To ensure proper handling, I understand that all items sent for signing must be clearly labeled for identification. If I do not label my items (such as including my name or other identifying details), Magpie Toys reserves the right to label them as necessary. I also acknowledge that attempting to label items for services or add-ons I did not pay for constitutes an attempt at theft and may result in the cancellation of my order or delays until outstanding balances are paid. Although I can request specific pen colors and signature placements, I understand that such requests may not always be fulfilled due to circumstances.
Care for Your Items
I understand that Magpie Toys, its staff, and any participating talent will not be held liable for any damage, loss, or mishandling of the items I send in. Items are at risk of damage during shipping, handling, and the signing process. I recognize that fragile or worn items are more susceptible to further damage. Therefore, I accept full responsibility for the condition of my items and acknowledge that submitting them for signing is done at my own risk.
Cancellations
In the event that Magpie Toys or the talent cancel a signing for any reason, I will be issued a full refund for the signature fees. However, I am responsible for any shipping fees to return my items. If I choose to cancel my order, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. Items that are personalized (e.g., "To Mike") are non-refundable, and shipping costs are also non-refundable. If a send-in order is canceled, I will cover the cost of shipping the item back after the signing process is complete.
Mistakes & Errors
I recognize that errors such as spelling mistakes, smudges, or incorrect signature placements may occasionally occur. While Magpie Toys will make reasonable efforts to correct any mistakes, I agree to release them from liability for any issues that arise. I accept that items are sent at my own risk and understand that no guarantees can be made regarding the final outcome of the signing process.
GPS Trackers
Including GPS tracking devices in send-in packages is strictly prohibited. All incoming items will be scanned for such devices, and any detected GPS trackers will be disabled and removed immediately. If a GPS tracker is found in my package, my order will be canceled, and the items will be returned at my expense. We take this matter seriously and appreciate your cooperation.
Unclaimed Items
It is my responsibility to ensure that my contact details, including email and phone number, are accurate and up to date. Failure to provide proper contact information or respond to inquiries may result in my item being considered unclaimed. If an item remains unclaimed for 90 days, it will become the property of Magpie Toys and may be disposed of or handled at their discretion.

I agree to properly package and send all items for signing to the address provided on the signing order page. I understand the importance of secure packaging to ensure that my items arrive in good condition.
